Tools and Workflows

Selection
  • Click to select, Shift + click to multi‑select.

  • Drag to box‑select. Use filters to select by tile type/tag.

  • Move, Label, Duplicate, rotate, group, and delete from the context menu.

Drawing
  • Rectangle: Fill rectangular areas with a chosen tile.

​

  • Circle: Radial fills for biomes or city radii.

​

  • Random: Scatter distribution within a brush area.

​

  • Single Placement: Precise per‑tile placement; supports special tiles.

Paths and Water
  • Generic Path: Roads and trails with width control, snapping, and smoothing.

​

  • One‑Way Path: Directional features (flow arrows for rivers or one‑way roads).

​

  • Intersections: Smart junctions for clean road networks.

​

  • Water Edges: Coastlines and riverbanks with edge tiles.

Special Tiles and Objects
  • City, landmark, and structure tiles. Use Single Placement for props and unique features. 

Effects and Overlays
  • Weather toggle, particles, and lighting/sky presets. Designed for readability in 2D exports.
