Welcome to Master of Realms, a platform for creating, editing, and sharing interactive 2D and 3D maps. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Master of Realms. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

1.2. Lawful Use

You agree to use Master of Realms only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Steam and Master of Realms account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account(s) is your responsibility.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1. Ownership

Any content you upload, submit, or post to Master of Realms remains your property. You retain all rights, titles, and interests in the content you create or upload.

2.2. License Grant

By sharing content on or through Master of Realms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, and distribute your content within the platform for purposes such as previews, community sharing, and improving services.

2.3. Rights and Clearances

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content you share, and that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

2.4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, including content that promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership of Platform

All trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, and other proprietary information (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) displayed on or used by Master of Realms are owned by Master of Realms or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3.2. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from or through Master of Realms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1. As-Is Basis

Master of Realms is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and defects, and without warranty of any kind—whether express, implied, or statutory.

4.2. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not warrant that Master of Realms will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Indirect Damages

In no event shall Master of Realms be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.2. Maximum Liability

The total cumulative liability of Master of Realms for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

6. Termination

6.1. Termination by Master of Realms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Master of Realms at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

6.2. User Termination

You may stop using Master of Realms at any time. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform cease immediately, but any licenses you granted to us under these Terms shall survive.

7. 3D Printing and Usage

7.1. Sharing and Distribution

Prohibited Sharing: You may not share, distribute, or transfer Master of Realms (MOR) STL files to anyone unless they hold a valid MOR license.
Unauthorized Resale: MOR STL digital files cannot be sold, redistributed, or included in any commercial product—even if you possess a Merchant License—without explicit written permission from Master of Realms.

7.2. Merchant License

Selling Physical Copies: The sale of physical copies (e.g., 3D-printed tiles) derived from MOR STL files is prohibited unless you have obtained an official Merchant License.
Application: To inquire about or obtain a Merchant License, please contact us at support@masterofrealms.com. Any sale or distribution of MOR physical tiles without a Merchant License is a violation of these Terms.

7.3. Social Media and Content Creation

Attribution Requirement: Any pictures or videos of MOR tiles posted online must give proper credit to “MasterOfRealms.” Attribution may include tagging official accounts, adding a visible watermark, hashtag, or mention.

7.4. Modification and Derivative Works

Editing Restrictions: You may not modify, alter, or edit MOR STL files, nor use parts of them to create new digital or physical products, unless explicitly allowed by a Merchant License.
Prohibited Use: MOR digital files cannot be used in other projects—such as commercial ventures, crowdfunding campaigns, or game modifications—beyond 2D map creation, without specific written permission.

7.5. Permitted Use

Personal Use Only: Unless you hold a Merchant License, all STL files from Master of Realms are for personal use only (e.g., home games, private projects, or other non-commercial use).

Limitations on Other Platforms: You may not share, sell, or distribute MOR digital files on external platforms (e.g., Etsy, Patreon, MyMiniFactory) without explicit written permission.
